Together, we take a comprehensive, personalised look at your sleep and energy and the bigger picture of your health. We’ll explore your sleep history and patterns, alongside your diet, supplements, life stressors, lifestyle habits, and overall wellbeing. Together, we assess whether CBT-I, functional health testing, life coaching — or a combination — is the right next step for you. Every plan is completely individualised, because your sleep and fatigue challenges are unique to you. You’ll leave with clear, practical actions and a tailored roadmap forward.
