  At 29, Jessica hit a wall. Working in Melbourne's fashion and entertainment industry, she'd spent years running on caffeine, adrenaline, and very little sleep. When burnout finally caught up with her, she couldn't switch off even when she desperately needed to.                                                                  

 Rather than reaching for medication, she went looking for real answers and what she found changed everything.    

 That journey led her through yoga training in Costa Rica & Vancouver, and eventually to formal training in CBT-I,

   holistic nutrition, and behaviour coaching. Now she brings that same root cause thinking to her clients.

I have a unique combination of interests and skills in both art and science, which allows me to approach challenges with creativity, empathy, and a fresh perspective. With a deep love of people, their stories, psychology, and biology, I bring both curiosity and compassion to the work I do.

My story


  I experienced my first burnout at 29. I was working as a freelance designer and stylist in Melbourne — fashion,   film, television living fast and sleeping badly. By the time I stopped, I was an insomniac with a frazzled nervous system, running on caffeine, sugar, and adrenaline. My health had broken down. My relationship had broken down.           

Unwilling to rely on medication, I was desperate for a real way out. That search took me to yoga training in Costa Rica, then Vancouver, where I spent years studying with master teachers across classical Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Qi-Gong.

I trained in CBT-I, holistic nutrition, gut-brain health, and behaviour coaching following the science wherever it led.

What I found was that there's almost always a root cause. And when you address it properly, everything changes.    

 Now I work with people across New Zealand and internationally who are where I was exhausted, wired, and ready for something that actually works.

As an innate designer, researcher, and entrepreneur, I have explored a vast range of healing modalities in the health and wellness world, developing a deep interest in the gut-brain connection.

Throughout my journey, I have discovered practical, scientifically validated tools and techniques to overcome stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, and negative overthinking.

I am passionate about helping the overworked, overwhelmed, and overcommitted disrupt old behaviour patterns and live lives filled with purpose and effervescence.
