I have a unique combination of interests and skills in both art and science, which allows me to approach challenges with creativity, empathy, and a fresh perspective. With a deep love of people, their stories, psychology, and biology, I bring both curiosity and compassion to the work I do.

My lived experience.


I have spent the last twelve years deeply exploring human potential and growth after experiencing my first burnout at 29. My twenties were consumed by a fast-paced, full life as a creative - working as a freelance designer and makeup artist/stylist for the fashion, photography, film, and television industries in Melbourne, Australia.

After a severe burnout that devastated my physical and mental health and broke my relationship, I left to reset, recover, and repair the years of damage.

By the time I decided to stop, I was an insomniac with a frazzled nervous system, living off caffeine, sugar, and alcohol - a life that was neither sustainable nor enjoyable.

Unwilling to rely on medication, I was desperate and determined to find a way out. I turned to yoga, meditation and nutrition. I trained as a yoga teacher in Costa Rica and then moved to Vancouver, where I spent the next few years immersing myself in the practice. I trained with master teachers in classical Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Qi-Gong, and meditation. With time and practice, I regained balance and purpose.

As an innate designer, researcher, and entrepreneur, I have explored a vast range of healing modalities in the health and wellness world, developing a deep interest in the gut-brain connection.

Throughout my journey, I have discovered practical, scientifically validated tools and techniques to overcome stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, and negative overthinking.

I am passionate about helping the overworked, overwhelmed, and overcommitted disrupt old behaviour patterns and live lives filled with purpose and effervescence.
